Mary DeWalt Design Group will work with you on your project from start to finish. During this process we will:

• Determine with the builder/developer how to identify and attract the target market to their product.
  
• Develop a budget based on the price range and target market of the models.
  
• Review and critique floor plans and elevations.
  
• Prepare color boards and presentation materials.
  
• Coordinate with the builder's staff on specifications: wall colors, surface materials and additional design features.
  
• Purchase and store furniture, window coverings, rugs, art and accessories.
  
• Install and stage models to meet builder's opening deadlines.
  
• Schedule and conduct a walk-through orientation for builder and staff.
